This property is a hidden gem, tucked in a small cove with incredible ocean access perfect for kayaking and canoeing. The owners of this property came to us with a very good sense of their design, and we were able to make a few suggestions and modifications to finalize the details and give them a complete drawing package.
Our portion of this project was to get the home up and tight, and to construct a detached garage. From there, the very capable home owner finished all of the interior work himself. This home was designed and constructed without the homeowners ever seeing it in person, until they arrived once our portion of the work was complete. The wonders of technology!
