We love it when homeowners know what they want and need in a home, and that’s exactly how this stunning oceanfront retreat came to be!
This couple relocated to beautiful Beach Meadows after many years working and living in Ontario. They were already set on the layout of the home, and from there we were able to take their dreams, put them into a full construction drawing package, and bring those plans to reality.
The home has some unique features such as maple inlay floors and beams, slate showers, and vibrant kitchen cabinetry with glass backsplash. There are also several environmentally friendly mechanical systems including a full solar array which powers the house completely, as well as a Waterloo Biofilter septic system.
