This incredible piece of architecture isn’t your traditional boathouse. The structure is completely off-grid, designed to suit site conditions, functional, and with a simple beauty which truly allows the owner to enjoy the private views and nature from the screened porch area. We are thrilled for our friends at Abbott Brown Architects who were awarded The Lieutenant Governor’s Medal of Excellence for their stunning design.
