This beautiful Kingsburg custom build is small but mighty. The incredible ocean views are highlighted by many dramatic windows. The space is very functional and practical, and beautiful hemlock finishes contribute to a unique interior. This project required extremely fine details and the mixing and matching of building materials throughout walls and floors.
