As so many of our homeowners do, this lovely young family came to us with some images they had collected online, as well as some hand sketches. We worked with them to merge all of the features they wanted in order to build their perfect family home.

The focus of this property was to showcase their intimate ocean view by keeping the floorpan open concept and using cathedral ceilings with plenty of large windows. Our homeowner has a great sense of design and style, and has kept the decor clean and bright with hints of black and green throughout. Built-ins in the living area, walk-in-closet, and mudroom give a custom finish.
