Award winning architect and author Jeffrey Dungan had a vision when he stood on the edge of this oceanfront property with a peek of the community of Kingburg off in the distance. Lovingly nicknamed "The Lighthouse”, this home was fully constructed via email, phone, and virtual meetings throughout the pandemic. Our American homeowner arrived once the borders opened, to a completed home ready for her to move in and enjoy.
The blue roof and incredible masonry work on the exterior, along with custom cabinets throughout, limestone fireplace details, slate tiles, and custom crafted handrails - make this our most unique build to date!
