Perched above the iconic Lunenburg waterfront, The Nest is a thoughtfully designed custom home that proves exceptional craftsmanship can come in a compact footprint.
When our homeowner purchased the property, it included an aging house that had reached the end of its life. After carefully demolishing the existing structure, we collaborated to design and build a cozy two-bedroom retreat that could be enjoyed with family and friends for years to come.
Designed in-house through close online collaboration while the homeowner was living out of province, every detail was carefully considered to create a home that is both functional and beautifully finished. Large Marvin windows and doors maximize the breathtaking views, while creatively concealed mechanical systems, a luxurious steam shower, and a pastel-inspired kitchen capture the relaxed charm of Nova Scotia’s seaside.
Affectionately nicknamed “The Nest,” this custom home offers a warm, welcoming embrace from the moment you step through the front door.
