This project required our team to remove everything on the main floor and second story with the exception of the original hardwood floors, original mouldings and staircase. We then excavated the basement to create a downstairs retail space. We installed new stairs and finished the attic space to create a guest suite. New insulation and finishings were installed throughout the property interior and exterior. And finally, we were able to replicate all exterior trims to match a photo the owner had of the property in the 1930s!
